You will play a major role in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.
Responsibilities
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using a script
- Answer questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- Direct prospects to the department in charge when needed
